Chocolate for breakfast? You bet! For this recipe, we combine creamy avocado, chia seeds, and tasty cacao to make a fiber-packed parfait. Who knew breakfast could be this good?

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup of raw organic honey
- 1/3 cup of Moringa Source Raw Cacao Powder
- 3 tablespoons Moringa Source Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground chia seeds
- Toppings: walnuts, almonds, banana slices, etc.
- Combine all of your ingredients into a blender, and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Place your mix into parfait cups and allow them to sit in the refrigerator for a half hour so that the chia seeds may thicken.
- Garnish your parfait with your desired topping before serving.
