Golden Tummy Sunrise Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- Juice of 1 orange (fresh squeezed is preferred)
- ¾ cup plain kefir (plain Greek yogurt is a substitute)
- ½ teaspoon turmeric (you can increase to 1 teaspoon for stronger flavor)
- ½ cup ice
Blend until all ingredients are smooth
